Market forecasting, scored

Crypto and stock questions, viewed blind.

Every day Precognitrade publishes new questions on Bitcoin, SPY and other markets, settled by real market data. You forecast them blind, through remote viewing instead of price charts, and Crowd View shows where all the viewings lean. Every viewing is scored when the question resolves.

The questions

Questions that settle on market data

Each question names its market and its window, and spells out exactly how it resolves. When the window closes, the answer comes from market data, not from anyone’s judgment.

Crypto

Public questions on Bitcoin, published every morning. With Pro you can also ask your own questions about Ethereum, Solana and XRP.

  • BTC
  • ETH
  • SOL

Stocks and ETFs

Public questions on SPY and QQQ for every trading session, published the evening before. With Pro you can ask your own questions about U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs.

  • SPY
  • QQQ
  • + U.S. stocks and ETFs

Settled on end-of-day prices from the regular session

Multiple kinds of questions

Every question comes from a template, so the wording is consistent and the rule is unambiguous.

  • Price direction

Up or down over a session or a window.

Will SPY close higher than it opened on October 15?

Yes only if the close ends above the open.

  • Percentage threshold

A move of at least a set size, at any point.

Will Bitcoin increase by at least 2% before Oct 15, 12:00 PM?

Yes if it trades 2% above its starting price before the deadline.

  • Price threshold

A price level, reached or not.

Will Bitcoin trade at or above $91,000 before Oct 15, 12:00 PM?

Yes if any trade reaches $91,000 before the deadline.

The method

What is remote viewing?

Remote viewing is a structured way to describe something you can’t see. Associative remote viewing points that practice at questions about the future.

Each forecast is a blind viewing: you describe a photo you haven’t seen yet, and your description, matched to one of two photos, becomes your answer.

Example: a sketch of a red, spotted dome on a short stem, made before the outcome, beside the target photo it matched, a fly agaric mushroom.
A red fly agaric mushroom with white spots growing from pine needles
The target image Matched

Describe the unseen

A viewer gets a target reference, usually just a number, and records whatever impressions come: shapes, colors, textures, motion, mood. The methods trace back to laboratory protocols first developed in the 1970s.

Lead with the gestalt

Impressions tend to arrive as broad gestalts before details: water or land, built or natural, moving or still. Viewers describe what they perceive rather than name it, since a quick guess at what the target is tends to pull them off course.

  • Water
  • Land
  • Built
  • Motion
  • Living
  • Sky

Associative remote viewing, in three frames

  1. 1.

    Every answer gets a photo

Each possible answer is tied to a very different photo. Which photo goes with which answer stays hidden from you.
  2. 2.

    You describe your future feedback

When the question resolves, you’ll be shown the photo tied to what happened. That photo is your target, and it’s what you describe now.
  3. 3.

    Your match becomes the forecast

You match your impressions to one of the photos. The answer behind that photo is your forecast, recorded before anyone knows the outcome.

How it works

One viewing, start to finish

Follow a single example viewing from the question to the reveal. The question, photos and results shown here are illustrations.

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Choose a question

Browse the open public questions on crypto and stocks, or, with Pro, write a private one of your own. Each question states exactly how it resolves and when viewings close.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Get a target ID

Starting a viewing gives you a six-digit target ID. Until you choose an image, the question itself is hidden, so there’s no price, chart or headline to steer you. You focus on the number.

    23h 48mleft

    Target ID

    Example

    3. 3Result

    Step 1 of 2 · Blind impression

Focus on 417-093 and record whatever comes to you.

Shapes, colors, textures, sounds, feelings: there are no wrong answers.

The question stays hidden until you choose an image.
  3. 3

    Step 3

    Record your impressions

Sketch on the canvas and jot down whatever comes: shapes, colors, textures, sounds, feelings. Describe rather than name. “Tall, rounded on top, by water” tells you more than “a lighthouse.”

    Notes

tall, narrow, upright rounded on top, maybe red hard, rough ground below gray sky, windy, cold something lit up

    113 / 4,000

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Add paper sketches, then seal

Prefer pen and paper? Photograph up to four pages and attach them. Location and camera details are removed before anything is stored. When you submit, your impressions are sealed with a timestamp and can’t be changed. You can also skip this step.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Choose the image

Now two photos appear, one for each possible answer, and you aren’t told which is which. Slide toward the image that fits your impressions. The farther you slide, the more confident you are. Every viewing gets its own pair, and you’ll never be shown the same photo twice.

Step 2 of 2 · Choose an image

    Which image matches your impressions?

    Example

    Image A, strong match (85%)

  6. 6

    Step 6

    Learn what your image meant

Your choice is locked in, the question is revealed, and you see the answer your image stood for. The other image’s answer stays hidden, and neither photo is shown again while you wait.

  7. 7

    Step 7

    The reveal

When the question resolves, you’re shown the target: the photo tied to what actually happened. If it’s the one you chose, you matched. Either way, the result is final and goes on your record.

Crowd View

What a crowd of viewers sees

Every completed viewing on a public question feeds Crowd View: the share of viewers whose chosen photo stood for each answer. Here’s the example question from above, once 1,284 viewings were in.

  • Your own photos

Every viewer gets a different pair of photos and a different hidden mapping, so one person’s posted answer can’t tell anyone else which photo to pick.

  • A read that builds

Crowd View appears once a public question has enough completed viewings, then fills in as more arrive.

  • Checked against reality

When the question resolves, the answer sits right beside the crowd’s read and your own.

Scoring

Every viewing counts, even the misses

Results are timestamped and final. Your record includes every scored viewing, posted or not, so it can’t be curated. Monthly and all-time leaderboards rank everyone the same way, whatever their plan.

Why a lucky streak can’t top the board

Early on, the allowance for luck is wide. It narrows as scored viewings add up, and the skill score is its lower edge.

Illustration
  • Hit rate
  • Allowance for luck
  • Skill score (its lower edge)
  • Guessing, 50%
Hit rate
How often you picked the target. With two photos, guessing gets about half, so 50% is the line to beat.
Skill score
Your hit rate above guessing, minus an allowance for luck that shrinks as you do more viewings. It’s what the leaderboards sort by.
Prediction quality
How well your confidence matched what happened. Sure and right scores best; sure and wrong costs the most.
Confidence match
Whether you turn out right about as often as you feel you are.

Questions

Fair things to ask

Do I need any experience?

No. Each viewing walks you through the steps, and you can skip the impression step and go straight to choosing an image.

Does remote viewing actually work?

We don’t ask you to take that on faith, and we make no claim that anyone has special abilities. Every viewing is sealed before the outcome and scored after it, with a luck check beside each record. Even a strong record can reflect chance.

Is this betting or a prediction market?

No. You never stake money on an outcome, and correct viewings don’t win money or prizes. A subscription pays for software features only.

Is any of this investment advice?

No. Viewings, Crowd View, scores and posts describe what people predicted. They aren’t recommendations to buy, sell or hold anything, and Precognitrade doesn’t execute trades or hold funds.

Why does everyone see different photos?

Each viewing gets its own pair of photos and its own hidden mapping. Someone else’s posted answer can’t tell you which photo to choose, and you’re never shown the same photo twice.

Who can see my impressions?

Other viewers see your impressions only if you include them in a post. Until then they stay in your own viewing history.

Indigo Insight

Indigo is a panel of viewers we contract for their long-run track records. Indigo Insight will aggregate the panel’s submissions on the questions it covers, a second read alongside Crowd View. It arrives with Premium once the first panel is in place.

  • Earned, never bought

Viewers on any plan can be considered. Strong long-run skill and regular public viewings make you a candidate, though meeting the bar doesn’t guarantee an invitation.

  • Paid for the work, not the wins

Panelists are contracted and paid for their participation, never for being right.

  • Sealed until cutoff

Panel answers on covered questions stay hidden until each question’s viewing window closes.

  • A visible badge

Active panelists carry an Indigo Viewer badge on their profiles and posts.
