Privacy notice

When you ask to be notified, we store:

• the email address you enter;
• when you signed up; and
• which version of this notice was in effect, so we can show what you were told.

That’s all. We don’t ask for your name or anything else.

To deliver this site and the sign-up form, our hosting provider processes your IP address and the details your browser sends with each request, as every website’s host does. We don’t keep access logs, and we don’t store your IP address or browser details with your sign-up.

We use your address only to email you when Precognitrade launches. We won’t add it to any other mailing list or use it for other marketing, and we don’t sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising. We rely on your consent to do this, and you can withdraw it at any time (see Your choices).

Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts this site, stores the list in the United States, and will deliver the launch email. AWS handles this information on our behalf, as our service provider. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We don’t share it with anyone else, and if we ever need another provider to send the launch email, we’ll update this notice first.

This site doesn’t set cookies or use analytics, advertising, or other tracking tools, and it doesn’t load anything from other companies’ servers: its fonts and images come from this site. The image credit links at the bottom of each page take you to other sites only if you follow them.

Because we don’t track you over time or across other sites, and don’t let anyone else do so here, a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal has nothing to switch off. Every visitor already gets what those signals ask for.

We keep your address until we’ve sent the launch email, and we delete the whole list within 90 days after launch. If you ask us to remove your address sooner, we’ll delete it. A deleted address can stay in our encrypted backups for up to 35 days before it’s gone for good.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email privacy@precognitrade.com from the address you signed up with, and we’ll respond within 30 days. The launch email will also include a link to unsubscribe.

If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the list: it’s stored encrypted, only the people who run Precognitrade can reach it, and the sign-up form accepts only encrypted connections.

Precognitrade is for adults. Please don’t sign up if you’re under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has joined the list, we’ll delete their address.

If we change this notice, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. We won’t use addresses already on the list in a new way without asking first.
